Testimonials:

I just completed a 13 week course called Key Elements of Fine Arts taught by Roberto. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2hr sessions every Sunday afternoon and helped me maintain my focus as I venture into a new hobby. What I enjoyed the most about my Sunday classes were 2hrs away from my phone, without doomscrolling. Roberto (also goes by Robert) is a wonderful teacher and extremely talented. He is able to take complex art topics and reduce it to easily manageable bit sized pieces of information. He has a great playlist that he plays during class and great sense of humor. We went over various types of art, styles, formats, and colors. I’m pleased with my progress over the 13 weeks and the quality of instruction. I plan to take more classes in the Fall and Winter.

Art School of SF Bay is great. You will be creating masterpieces under their instruction, no matter what level you come with. And they are great for adult and for kids of all ages. Roberto at the walnut creek location was an excellent adult instructor - I came there for a landscape workshop.

When I signed up for Key Elements of Fine Arts, I honestly had no idea how much I would learn or how joyfully liberating the experience would be. In just two classes, I could see my skills improving and my confidence growing. From mixing colors and shading basic shapes to understanding silhouettes, composition, and still life, every lesson felt thoughtfully planned and really well taught. My favorite lessons were anatomy and portraits -- they pushed me in the best way. The most satisfying part of the course was taking home the big project. It felt so freeing and so fun.

I loved being in teacher Vika's manga class! It helped me be more confident in my own art, as well as learn valuable new techniques and grow as an artist. At home and at art class I now feel like I know how to draw the poses and expressions that I picture in my head. Art School of SF Bay is full of wonderful teachers and courses.

__________

We had such a wonderful experience at Art School of SF Bay! My kids absolutely loved attending their classes. What impressed me most was how the teachers guided them to complete relatively large projects, even at a young age. My kids walked out of every session feeling so proud of their work and truly accomplished. The teachers are fantastic and know how to bring out the best in young artists. Highly recommend!

Art School of SF Bay was a wonderful experience for my child . She truly loved the classes and felt encouraged to explore her creativity. But the SF location was too far and we stopped attending. Now, with Walnut Creek location we are back and it’s just the same great art school. Thank you for making it happen!

My 2 kids attended a summer camp and an online class, and we were all very happy. The projects were fun, teachers were attentive and knowledgeable, and kids learned new techniques and materials. I am super happy that they opened this new location; it's much closer to home.
