Testimonials:

My daughter had her 10th birthday party at the Art School of SF Bay at the San Rafael location and it was awesome! Teacher Hana was so great with the kids, super engaging with a lot of patience teaching the kids drawing techniques and water colour painting. My daughter enjoyed it so much she is now attending one of Hana's classes! Hana is a natural with the kiddos, I highly recommend her!

My daughter has been taking classes at Art of SF Bay for a while now and loves it. Most recently we hosted a birthday party for our daughter with teachers Anna and Jasper. We got to pick the theme and medium that the kids would have a class on. My daughter chose drawing and painting animals. All the kids got to pick an animal of their choice. Jasper and Anna started with teaching the kids the fundamentals of drawing animals and then helped the kids find reference photos for the animal they chose. Anna and Jasper then worked with the kids individually to help them with their drawings and then with the painting process. They were both very patient and helpful with the kids. All the kids had a great time and were so excited and proud of their finished paintings. There was of course pizza and cake as well but the kids were having so much fun working on their paintings they ate quickly and wanted to get right back to their art. A huge thank you to Jasper and Anna for helping make my daughter's birthday party such a memorable and great one. I highly recommend both the classes here and hosting a party.

We have recently had a teen birthday party for our daughter at the Art School of the Bay, and were very pleased with it. We worked with teacher Maria to communicate regarding the event organization. Maria was very kind to accommodate our needs of party of 10.
We chose a Studio Ghibli/Miayazaki animation theme for the party, and kids sketched and drew under Maria's attentive and gentle guidance.
We also used the studio's backyard where we arranged snacks, refreshments and a birthday cake. The studio has a small kitchen and a fridge. Maria also kindly provided folding tables and chairs, which was very convenient.
