 online art camp for kids 10-16 years old

This camp is dedicated to everything you need to know about drawing: sketching, shading, perspective, anatomy of humans and animals. It's a great intro to drawing for the beginner teens. Learn to draw everything you wish freely from your imagination!

This camp will be held ONLINE via ZOOM video conference (Learn how we do it). Students will need access to a computer / tablet / phone with internet connection and zoom.us. Art materials will be available for pick up from the studio few days before the start of the camp (dates and details will be provided).

Online dates: 

June 7-11

Half day: 

9am-12pm,

12:30-3:30pm

Full day: 

9am-3:30pm

$480

Refund Policy:

We are not offering refunds for new purchases. However, full credit towards future bookings or transfer to another camp/class will be offered for any cancellations made up to 24 hrs before the camp or class start. 

If camp or class is cancelled due to gathering restrictions or shelter in place order placed by state or county authorities, similar online camp/class will be held instead. Students can cancel their registration if online learning does not work for them, with the full credit towards future in person camp/class.

12:30pm-3:30pm. Small still life. Charcoal.

 

Day 2

Perspective and architecture. Study of a cityscape. Sharpies and pens.

12:30pm-3:30pm. Textured landscape drawing. Pencil/pen.

 

Day 3

9:00am-12:00pm. Human and animal anatomy overview. Short sketches. Soft pencil.

12:30pm-3:30pm. Study of a human head. Pencil on cardboard.

 

Day 4

9:00am-12:00pm. White charcoal on black paper. 

12:30pm-3:30pm. Black and white watercolor portrait.

 
Day 5

9:00am-12:00pm. Final project of a choice, material of a choice.

12:30pm-3:30pm. Final project of a choice, material of a choice.
